١ طبيعة الخدمة ومخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي
- وكلاء «وكلاء» أدوات ذكاء اصطناعي مساعِدة. مخرجاتها مولّدة آلياً لدعم عملك، وليست بديلاً عن حكمك المهني أو قرارك النهائي.
- لا تُعدّ أي مخرَجات نصيحة مهنية أو قانونية أو مالية أو محاسبية أو طبية مُلزِمة. لأيّ من ذلك، ارجع إلى مختصّ مرخّص.
- يقع على المستخدم واجب مراجعة المخرَج والتحقّق منه قبل الاعتماد عليه أو اتخاذ قرار بناءً عليه. القرار ومسؤوليته على المستخدم.
- رغم ضوابطنا الصارمة (صفر اختراع، وسم المؤكّد من التقديري)، قد يقع خطأ أو نقص في أي مخرَج آلي؛ لا نضمن خلوّه المطلق من ذلك.
1) Nature of the service & AI outputs. Wukala agents are AI assistance tools. Their outputs are machine-generated to support your work and are not a substitute for your professional judgment or final decision. Nothing constitutes binding professional, legal, financial, accounting, or medical advice; consult a licensed specialist. The user must review and verify any output before relying on it or making a decision; the decision and its responsibility rest with the user.
٢ البيانات والبحث والمصادر
- يعتمد البحث على مصادر علنية ومتاحة مشروعة فقط. لا نصل إلى أي مصدر غير مصرّح به ولا نتجاوز شروط الخدمة.
- المعلومات العلنية قد تتغيّر أو تُحدّث أو تُحذف من مصدرها؛ ولا نضمن دقّتها أو اكتمالها أو استمرار توفّرها بشكل مطلق.
- نصنّف المعلومة صراحةً: «مؤكّد» (من مصدر موثّق) أو «استدلالي/تقديري». المخرَج الاستدلالي تقدير لا رقم رسمي.
- على المستخدم التحقّق من أي رقم أو معلومة حاسمة من مصدرها الأصلي قبل بناء قرار عليها.
2) Data, research & sources. Research relies solely on lawful, publicly available sources; we access no unauthorized source and do not bypass any terms of service. Public information may change and we do not warrant its absolute accuracy, completeness, or availability. Information is tagged “confirmed” or “inferential/estimated.” The user must verify any critical figure against its original source before acting on it.
٣ الخصوصية وحماية البيانات (نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي · PDPL)
- نلتزم بمبادئ حماية البيانات، وبيانات كل عميل معزولة تماماً عن غيره (عزل بين المستأجرين)، والحقول الحسّاسة مشفّرة أثناء التخزين.
- بيانات العميل التي يرفعها أو يربطها ملكه، وتبقى داخل صندوقه المعزول، وتُستخدم لخدمته فقط.
- يقرّ المستخدم بأنه يملك الحق في رفع أو معالجة أي بيانات يدخلها، وأن ذلك لا يخالف حقوق الغير أو الأنظمة المعمول بها.
- يتحمّل المستخدم مسؤولية مشروعية البيانات الشخصية التي يعالجها عبر المنصّة والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة لمعالجتها.
3) Privacy & data protection (Saudi PDPL). Each client’s data is fully isolated (tenant isolation) and sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. Client data belongs to the client and is used only to serve that client. The user represents it has the right to process any data it enters and is responsible for the lawfulness of personal data processed and for obtaining any required consents.
٤ التواصل الخارجي والإرسال
- لا يرسل أي وكيل رسالة أو تواصلاً خارجياً (لعميل أو موظف أو طرف ثالث) إلا بموافقة المستخدم الصريحة على الدفعة أو الصيغة.
- يتحمّل المستخدم كامل المسؤولية عن محتوى أي تواصل يعتمده ويرسله، وعن التزامه بالأنظمة (مثل أنظمة مكافحة الإزعاج والتسويق الإلكتروني والحصول على موافقة المستقبِلين).
- المنصّة تجهّز الصياغة كمسودّة فقط؛ فعل الإرسال وقراره ومسؤوليته على المستخدم.
4) External communication & sending. No agent sends any external communication except with the user’s explicit approval. The user bears full responsibility for the content of any communication it approves and sends, and for compliance with applicable laws. The platform prepares wording as a draft only; the act and responsibility of sending rest with the user.
٥ حدود المسؤولية
- تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«بحسب توفّرها»، دون أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني بالدقّة المطلقة أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو تحقيق نتيجة بعينها.
- لا تتحمّل المنصّة أو مشغّلوها أي مسؤولية عن أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدام المخرجات أو الاعتماد عليها، في حدود ما يسمح به النظام.
- مسؤولية المستخدم عن قراراته وأفعاله المبنية على المخرجات مسؤولية كاملة وأصيلة.
5) Limitation of liability. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of absolute accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a specific result. To the extent permitted by law, the platform bears no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from reliance on the outputs. The user is fully responsible for decisions based on the outputs.
٦ الملكية الفكرية
- منهجيات الوكلاء ومهاراتها وأنظمتها ملكية فكرية للمنصّة. بيانات العميل ومحتواه الخاص ملكه.
- لا يجوز إعادة بيع أو إتاحة قدرات المنصّة لطرف ثالث خارج حدود الاتفاقية.
6) Intellectual property. The agents’ methodologies, skills, and systems are the platform’s intellectual property. The client’s data and content belong to the client. The platform’s capabilities may not be resold or provided to third parties outside the agreement.
٧ تحديث الشروط والقبول المستمر
- للمنصّة الحقّ في تحديث هذا الإخلاء وشروط الاستخدام من وقت لآخر، وتُنشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة وتسري من تاريخ نشرها.
- استمرارك في استخدام المنصّة بعد أي تحديث يُعدّ قبولاً منك للنسخة السارية.
- يبدأ قبولك من لحظة التسجيل ويتجدّد بكل استخدام. وإن لم توافق على أي تحديث، يلزمك التوقّف عن استخدام المنصّة.
7) Updates & continued acceptance. The platform may update this disclaimer and terms of use from time to time; the updated version is published on this page and takes effect upon publication. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the current version. Acceptance begins at registration and renews with each use; if you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the platform.
